We are excited to ship Sweet Cream orders to you as quickly as possible! Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange with any purchase made on sweetcreambaby.com within 21 days of the date your order was shipped.
Return Policy:

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have the original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, odors, animal hair and damages.

A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and repacking costs.

If the reason for the return is due to our error or defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost. You can choose to receive a replacement item at no cost to you or to receive a full refund.

Returns must be initiated within 21 days after the order is placed.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used. Note that refunds can take 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our team at hello@sweetcreambaby.com with your order details to start the return process. Please put “Return” followed by the order number in the subject line. Email must be sent on or before 21 days after the order is shipped.

We will send you a prepaid return label to send the item(s) back.

We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, washing, or do not meet our return criteria.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and approved.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and inspect returns.

Exchanges
Exchange Policy:

We only offer exchanges on the same item in a different size.

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, odors, animal hair and damages.

Return Shipping: We do not cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges, but we will provide you with clear instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

New Shipping: Once we receive your returned item and approve the exchange, we’ll ship the new item to you at no additional cost.
How To Initiate an Exchange:
Please email hello@sweetceambaby.com with your order details. Please put “Exchange” followed by the order number in the subject line. Email must be sent on or before 21 days after the order is shipped. We will assist you in processing the exchange for the same item in a different size.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or are not in new condition.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative.

Exchanges will lock in any promotional rates or sales you purchase the item at unless marked as FINAL SALE: NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
